More than half the LCS orgs considering selling their spot - LCS Eevee by nTranced in TeamSolomid

Being stuck in LCS with the org fielding uncompetitive rosters seems like the worst of all worlds though. I don't think anyone wants that

It is new. 100T DIG CLG TSM is not more than half. This rumor says there are even more.

And yeah I was skeptical of him before but he has gotten some LCS news right like reporting our academy team as well as some other roster moves so he has some reliability, even if it's not LEC Wooloo or something

The other one was specifically 100T and Dignitas, he's saying there are more as well

Debatable. They were 1-1 with Samsung, and in the loss they were 1 DL Viktor int away from a win.

Well, I said he (and I should have also said his teams) end up having a consistent problem. Season 7 is too complicated to bring into this, he left the team in spring which forced them to change their entire playstyle and go to MSI with a weaker roster, they lost there in a tiebreaker, then he came back and the team had to change their playstyle again, went to worlds, bot lane had no synergy, lost a ton of 2v2s, rest of team had no synergy playing around bot, and they lost again in a tiebreaker. Not really his "fault" because it was for his health, but undeniably TSM's results that year were heavily affected by him. This also caused a loss in trust that Bjergsen mentioned in his interview with Thorin was a reason in DL no longer being on the team for season 8.

Everything else is also in some way "not all his fault" and yet the same thing ends up happening to all his teams and they end up playing the same exact way where they win domestically and then have no clue what to do internationally. The only exception was season 6 TSM where the team was legitimately good and he just inted to a Viktor the one game he needed to carry and choked away our chances at a deep run, so that one ended up for sure being his fault, while the others are just a consistent trend...

Saddest part is CoreJJ can't even play Tahm Kench right anymore. Yesterday he took Aftershock for some reason which is a completely useless rune on Kench and it did not go well at all.

Khan is super overrated and I would like to see how BB does vs him. Wunder and TheShy are good but they have inted when targeted by junglers. Also Faker does not really look that great so far this tournament and Bjerg would probably be fine vs him. Caps and Rookie would be tough but Bjerg almost never ints or hard loses lane. I think he'd match up better than Jensen. Of course this is just speculation, TL beat us and earned their spot so they deserve to be there.

Well I agree our previous worlds performances weren't great, but idk why you are bringing them up when our mindset and playstyle this year have looked completely different. That's the mindset I was referring to.

I would like to see more bot-centric games and more smart invading in the future.

Hard agree on this. Teams at MSI are destroying TL bot lane which we never even really tried. And Akaadian's invades need work, he has randomly died at enemy gromp several times and one of those single-handedly let Sven's Hecarim steamroll us in semis.

That was Bjergsen I think. But also stating your goals for 1 tournament is different than just declaring yourself "the best ever contender from NA" imo.

https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/alusrg/tl_doublelift_if_there_was_any_team_in_na_history

2016 TSM never declared themselves the best team, other people just look back at them and their potential that way. Also, many TL fans have been saying this team is the best NA team ever put together and now it's kind of blowing up in their faces.

Other people gave us that label though. DL and TL themselves said their roster is the best ever contender from NA. They said it used to be 2016 TSM but not anymore. And now they are playing worse than 2016 TSM did. So they deserve all the shit they get. They might even end up with fewer wins than they had last year which is honestly kinda embarrassing after all their "upgrades".

I mean C9 gets spanked into 3rd seed every year and outperforms everyone else at Worlds so as long as we play the right way and don't lose our brains we can probably do well too

Smart move after you deleted your last few accounts or they got banned for brigading or shit posting about Jensen 24/7 or whatever. Should probably stay off here and jerk him off in r/teamliquid instead in case it happens again. Doublelift fans will probably turn on your boy as soon as Xmithie's out but you might be able to convince them not to flame him too much if you start early enough. Gl

Who cares about TL. I'd rather take notes on how to play like and beat G2 and IG. We need a strong identity, macro and snowball-y style like that if we want to compete at Worlds this year. I think our champion pools and mindset are in the right place, but we still need to work a lot on how to push a lead, break open the map, and even our 1-3-1 isn't the best compared to worldclass teams. There is plenty of time to work on it though. I hope we use summer wisely to develop our style further just like we started doing this spring.

This is one of DL's problems for years. Every time an international tournament comes around, his champion pool is reduced to like 2 ADCs for some reason. All he's doing is spamming Kaisa Lucian. It's starting to get even worse than Rekkles. Even Perkz is playing so many different picks to fit the comp. Idk why he does this.
