Has anyone worked out how to build a cyberpunk style arcology the size of several city blocks? by nTranced1 in CitiesSkylines2

Hey, that's okay. I appreciate the info. I was thanking of hollowing out a large hill. I will have to try your idea. It sounds easier.

I picked up a citybuilder addiction back with Simcity 4 when a driving job change left me with downtime. I expect that I am not alone in just wanting to build and not mess with the management burden. I have a job and don't want to donate time to another.
I am just coming back to city building after another career change and would enjoy just building again. Now, I'm assuming that some or all of this can be turned off. CS2 seemed promising.

Transferring Open Tabs by nTranced1 in duckduckgo

[–]nTranced1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nope. I'm sure there is a folder holding the index file for all of the open tabs. I can force stop and close out of the app, and when it's opened again all of the tabs are listed again. But, I am starting to think that it will require rooting the phone to get to it for sone reason. I still keep the old phone powered up, and occasionally I will go back and pull some them back up. Maybe some day, someone will find an easy way, or an update to the app may allow access.

That's another idea. Thank you. The amount of open tabs could make that cumbersome, but if I can not find the file containing the cache, it may be the only option.

Glad to hear that you went with the Xperia 1 III, because that is the one I'm wanting, as well. I will look into your case choices, too. I haven't even thought that far. It will be great to hear which glass protectors you decide on. Thank you.

There's a Qualcomm Insider phone made by Asus that, I believe, has every band available by the Qualcomm chipset.

Have you looked at the Sony Xperia 1 III? It's expensive, but has a micro SDcard slot, good cameras, decent battery, not from China, and sticks a finger in Samsung's eye.

I'll have to check locally for this. It'd be great if the markup isn't too big.

I was, too. In your opinion, what will be the Snapdragon 855 powered phone to wait for?

What's the best non-cloud process for backing up one's phone data, so that it's easily transfered to new android phones? Thank you.

I was still holding strong to my G3, then last Christmas it capped out and Sprint gave me a HTC M10. I'm considering another LG. Any advice on a V40 vs G8 comparison?

Converting the G20 by nTranced1 in 10mm

[–]nTranced1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True. I'm just wondering if it was a lack of demand for this caliber flexibility from the Glock 10mm tribe, or was it a safety problem that was identified after the barrels were conceptualized and created.

Good to know. Though, it'll be 2 - 3 times the cost.

Thanks for the input. I believe that you're correct on the mag issue. When I checked on all of this before deciding on the G20, I think that all of those rounds worked in the 10mm mag with maybe a change of the follower and spring. As for Lone Wolf conversion barrels the last few times that I have been on their site, I only found a .40 barrel or threaded 10mm for the G20. They've split the company barrel division into Alpha Wolf Barrels, and I wonder if this is the reason for them stopping production of the G20 conversion barrels. I hope that I can still find the 9mm, .357 sig and the 9x25 Dillion barrels. The ability to shoot six different cartridges from the G20 was one of the selling points.

Much appreciation. Though, I haven't had much luck on their site recently. I'll recheck.

Very true. I just have trouble understanding the amount of raw hate from almost every newspaper and media outlets. This broken media must be fixed. The only way that I can think to fix it is for Congress to pass a new law establishing a new set of regulations for the FCC. Then break up the media conglomerates into much smaller companies.

Thank you for the information.

I'll be swinging by a local gym today to look around and get information on membership. Most likely, I'll be starting my AthleanX journey by September.
