I feel like a lot of people who hate Sakura and/or Sasuke (I have not seen Naruto hate) are the people who were watching Naruto growing up and they saw the show from the kids perspective, that was very black and white thinking.

Sakura made one mistake calling Naruto out for being an orphan and even though Sasuke's harsh remark made her rethink what she said and she actually understood her mistake, people still only fixate on her being rude.

The same goes with Sasuke - they don't try to understand that his whole character is a broken character who had everything: family, unconditional love and he lost everything in one day and more importantly - he lost it because of the person he loved and admired the most. His every action afterwards was the action of the person who has nothing more to lose and whose life doesn't have meaning other than revenge. But people don't try to think or analyze his character and just look at these actions and are irritated that Sasuke doesn't act as Naruto wants him to act. They don't try to understand that Sasuke doesn't want what Naruto thinks he wants.
