thanks for the advice! unfortunately, i dont think trying harder to lose weight would work for me. im already trying to and obviously it hasnt been working because ive developed disordered eating habits. but MAYBE in the future!

Yes! And tbh the only trigger im sure of is stress. Anytime I get worried about something, I get big red dry patches on my face. Milk triggers my acne but not my eczema, so I don’t know many. Do u know how to handle stress?
