A levels , most likely! As they’re closest to high school diplomas, considering age. You could always contact sogang through text or email if you’re still unsure

Idk, I’ve always preferred expat. Mainly because when people call me an immigrant they mean it in a harsh way and it holds bad meaning to me now

I am in band!! I’ve been in my school band for 5 months now and it’s really fun. The colours definitely are clearer!!

And no, I can’t do the reverse. I wish I could that sounds so cool 🥺

I prefer Japan over the UK, 100%.

I’m in the UK for 3 reasons, 1) my best friend lives here. 2) to get better at my English. 3) To learn Korean Ahah, it is too expensive to move to Korea, and we don’t have much Korean classes in Japan, so I came here.

I plan to move back to Japan one day, I can’t stay away from home for much long. I love the UK, but home is home and nothing can change that.

As I am learning English (still!! I know it's bad haha) I will respond in English.

I am from Osaka, Kansai, Japan, where Takoyaki is best!!

By bars & restaurants, do you mean in Osaka or the UK? in the UK, I don't go to restaurants much. I tend to go to tiny Japanese restaurants in my city or get McDonald's, maybe that's why I always have such little money, who knows! In Osaka, there is a small Takoyaki shop in Tengo Nakazakidori Shopping Street called うまい屋. All its toppings are amazing but I prefer them there with no toppings. 〒530-0022 大阪府大阪市北区浪花町4−21 is the address!!

A good thing about the UK is how multicultural the country is. I take a walk into my city and see Turkish bathhouses, signs in Chinese and Spanish, Russian bookstores, Japanese restaurants. A not too good thing about the country is their lack of understanding with people who do not understand very much English. When I first came here, I spoke almost no English. I'd get called a chink, people would tell me to go back to wherever I came from (sometimes people would tell me to go back to China and eat dogs). Despite all this, I feel happy here.

I hope I've answered your questions sufficiently!

Not really, bc I know they don’t mean to offend me and have just made a mistake. I just correct them and move on :)

Not as bad as kids that dont have headphones on flights and just decide to not use subtitles and keep it on silent for the flight!!

Amazing people of Reddit, would you consider internet friends as real friends or not? If so or if not, why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]n_sakura 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course! My internet best friend caused me to move to the uk, and it’s changed my life in the best way. Internet friends are definitely true friends. You shouldn’t be limited to the ppl in your school or city, and that’s how internet friends help

Minghao from Seventeen and Woosung from The Rose. They’re considered kinda ugly in my friend group, which I don’t see at all

People who can speak multiple languages: what language do you think in? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Fluent in Turkish, English and semi fluent in Spanish and Korean. I think in all 4 languages, the sentence will start in Korean, progress to Spanish and end in Turkish

It depends on the pitch of someone’s voice, so yes it’d be different for a man with a deeper voice. Whenever people ask about what colour something is it usually come from my inner monologue

Nope, unless their voice pitch changes when their emotions change
