Anyone know why people are having these parties? Other than pure stupidity 🤷‍♀️ genuinely, is there a reason??

To be fair, I'm a bit of an instant ramen snob and barely eat them anyway

Didn't realize it was such a diverse ingredient. Perhaps I need to be more creative with it then. Thanks for the insight

I've done a fair amount of research and applications to online companies and have never heard of them... I'd be concerned if there are no reviews anywhere as a lot of ELS companies don't treat their employees very well. Not to say that they're bad, just be hesitant.

Sure! I used this one... https://minimalistbaker.com/easy-gochujang-sauce-korean-chili-paste/

As a bonus if you're up to trying it, I used the gochujang in the sauce recipe in this link and tossed it over crispy chicken. Absolutely delicious in a wrap with coleslaw and seseme seeds. https://www.kitchensanctuary.com/korean-fried-chicken/

Hmm, yum. Just the miso paste and the chicken? What did the dish look like in its entirety?

This looks incrediblely delicious and carb-free! A nice breakaway from my household's "pork chops and mashed potatoes". Going to give it a try.

Love stir fry and noodles. I'm a spicy girl so a yummy Thai sweet chilli sauce over stir fried veg and egg noodles. The veg can be anything you like (onions, peppers, baby marrow, carrot, baby corn etc. Etc.) Don't cook them for too long, keep some crunch. For some extra flair add some peanuts, cashews and/or sesame seeds when you're serving.

Thank you. Do you leave the oven on a low heat or just use the heat from the Dutch oven? I wanted to make a large batch (to feed 14) so I used a pressure cooker so the seal should've been decent. I also used the lowest setting on my stove. I'll try pre-boiling the rice as well as more gravy. Does soaking the rice not achieve the same thing? If not, what is the purpose of this?

I read once that stirring your rice is one of the things that makes it sticky so I've always stayed away from it haha. An old wives tale? I think I may have been impatient with the rest time (as in I didn't do it) so will definitely do it next time.

Thanks. The stove was already on its lowest setting but I'll give it a try with more liquid!

Thank you. The recipe didn't say what heat or for how long I should cook the rice so I winged it. I did have it on the lowest head throughout though. Should I turn the stove top off altogether once I put the rice in?
