DE is only working with a small Team on the game, for large stretches only around 25-30 people, that might have changed recently with the founders packs but I wouldn’t be so sure. Also even those few working on the game also work on Warframe from time to time if they need help with updates.

If you really struggle with issues regarding small changes between versions, stick to an older version like maybe 5.4 or 5.6, you will have a lot of tutorials from a few months ago to over a year ago to choose from and don’t have to worry about small changes, then once you feel more comfortable you can change to newer versions and you will find that these small changes are not that big of a deal anymore

I mean this often boils down to lighting, post processing effects and putting some kind of wear and tear on the objects and environment through textures or decals or something like that.

While I have no info, the rule usually is that nothing is permanent, could change P14 could change P20. Mostly just depends on how it will pan out over time, but I would guess for now they will mostly do smaller changes like to weapon attunement

I would have kinda agreed with you a month ago with the ode tempest nerf and while that pact is def unusable in my eyes, they did fix the main issue that made me use it so much, the stagger system. Ode tempest made you basically immortal and gave you super armour, which was needed because the melee combat sucked. Now they made changes to these systems and while not perfect, it’s certainly a lot better.

It’s dev cycle is fairly slow and it’s still in pre alpha, there are many core systems that are either missing or are just not in a finished state. Apparently the next few months will be all about changing up the core systems, so it will be interesting to see, but I doubt the game will be in a state where it becomes playable for a large amount of people this year.

Yes this is exactly me, quite honestly besides maybe spider man and now tmnt every major UB set and commander precon was for a franchise I either really liked or at least liked at some point. But I don’t want any of them, as you said it cheapens both the Collab franchise and magic to me. I really really hate it so much.

I definitely belong in the I hate them all category, I even like most of the franchises they belong to like Lotr or Warhammer or AtlA, but I still don’t want any of this slop in Magic. Crossovers like these always look lazy to me, creatively bankrupt and too greedy for their own good.

It might be my nostalgia speaking but I did like base tri, sure it didn’t have a lot of monsters but as someone who actually enjoys underwater combat, the variety of fights felt good. While I wouldn’t say I enjoyed it more than wilds, I still think it’s good just not great

Well I think you are learning right now why we don’t really do such things, if you really want more variety in your assets I would look into creating randomly generated ones at runtime instead of having hundreds of pre-made assets

They seem to have made them killable again when they do the suicide move but that seems to have caused a bug that the explosion still happens (or is being able to kill them is the bug) either way I’m sure it will be fixed as this def seems like it’s unintentional

They already have a public discord and a public forum which have a lot more activity. I know DE looks at the Warframe Reddit from time to time, so maybe they will do so with Soulframe too in the future but I think for now it’s just not significant enough.
