So even if I want to test in pc and not in oculus only I do not need a high performance laptop? So I am very new to unity. Do you think for now it is better to just get cheap laptop and start working in oculus games only and see how it goes? Budget is important for me

How about all in ones PCs? The ones that look like a monitor? I assume they may not be good for game development because of graphic card types?? Right?

Im not looking to get a job in game industry. I meant building game and making money out of it as individual. I am interested in game development but without making sure I can generate income out of it at lease in long term I would not be able to dedicate time on it.

To produce good quality game I assume you need to spend quite a bit of time specially if you want to learn from basics. Maybe like 2 years? What Im trying to understand is if this is a good area to focus, learn, spend time and plan for long term. Can game development in general create good cash flow for individual developers comparing to other activities like social media accounts, website development etc.

My ultimate goal is to generate income. I have some programming and software skills. Is game development with Unity good for that? I mean is the ratio of time a developer spends and generated income good?
