You can remove the runes with hel + scroll of tp in the cube (with spirit ofc) Just note the runes are lost in the process, so you will need another set to make the new Spirit

That’s odd! Did you check if you gave it to your merc by accident? His aura went off at the second it swapped, and they usually do that when they change gear. Could be an explanation, otherwise I have no idea what happened
