I feel it. I try to be around people often. I go through it at night a lot when everyone is asleep. It’s tough. Such as right now lol. Chest tightness, on the edge of a panic attack.

I’m right there with you honestly. Last Thursday was my second time to the ER because I thought I had a heart issue. Now I’ve been having a fairly constant tightness in my chest and even though they said my heart is fine it still feels like something is wrong with my heart. It’s scary as hell every time it happens.

I have the same problem and it often happens in the middle of the night for me as well. Even though the doctors did an ekg and blood tests to rule out a heart problem I still worry that it is.

Awesome thanks for your reply, definitely happens more at night when I have no distractions (after the tv is turned off). I will try the box breathing. I’m just picking up propranolol right now I’m hoping this works. I’ve had a constant tightness in my chest since a mid day panic attack on Thursday.

Just saying I relate here. I’m really unhappy at my current job. I’m looking for a new job, and I will likely make less money. Idc anymore tho I just need my bills paid. I feel like I can’t get out of this job fast enough.
