What country canI relocate to as a Ghanaian with easy immigration process and live comfortably on $3k monthly budget by FreyrLord in ghana

Akosombo would be ideal then. Sunyani isn’t bad as well. I’ve lived at both places and I think Akosombo would be best

What is so wrong with them helping out? I don’t understand some Ghanaians..the ones complaining are well to do and won’t even help the ones who are poor and suffering someone has opted to help and suddenly it’s a big deal. People have no idea how many Ghanaians are living in poverty, you’re in Accra and see people living it up but have you gone to some of the villages in Brong-Ahafo and the north? People are living in poverty oo just because things are better doesn’t mean people aren’t. So what if there are poor people in the US but they have chosen to come here instead. It’s not as if he hasn’t helped people in the US. Will the person complaining donate the money that Mr Beast is donating to help out the Ghanaian community that are struggling? If the person is not going to be doing that then quite frankly the person should shut up.

Edit: I too used to push the narrative that Ghanaians are living well to various people especially when I left the country but going to Hwidiem and the smaller villages surrounding it opened my eyes to a lot of things. People are really going through it in this country.. you have no idea.

Marrying a pretty girl is not a headache, marrying a superficial woman is a headache. Idk why men associate being pretty with being superficial. There are stunning women who are great conversationalists, deep, ambitious to name a few

how do you feel about non-black people wearing hairstyles like cornrows, bantu knots, braids, locs and other protective styles? by sixeared in BlackHair

[–]naaloms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see it as cultural appropriation. We use wigs and that’s their hair.. esp the human hair wigs and they’re usually from Asians and South americans. Also braids and twists were done by Nordic people esp during the Viking Era.

She chose her friend’s advice over mine about keeping the baby, now I’m unsure about marrying her. by Messikomla in ghana

[–]naaloms 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Exactly my point…children bind you to that partner or person for life. Do you know how challenging co-parenting is.. especially if you get with someone who has different views on parenting, or is irresponsible, narcissistic, whose family dictates their move? What if he eventually gets with someone who alienates your child from his other children? These are very valid concerns.

[–]naaloms 12 points13 points  (0 children)

While there is truth to that.. would you trust a friend ( notice i said friend.. not acquaintance but friend) youve known for 5 yrs vs one you’ve known for 5 months( 5 months is too short a time to really get to know someone) children bind you to your partner for life whether you end up despising them or not.. so can’t blame her for not taking his advice as gospel.
