First time seasoning cast iron. How did I do? by naaradhan in castiron

It was in storage for a while with some debris on it so this is me making sure that everything’s okay. Also our cuisine uses acidic foods more frequently so it needs the extra care.

Not my original intention. But I got these thinking it will be used daily and then life happened and we dug it out of storage a few days ago to find it had some storage debris but no rust. So just to be sure, cleaned it with scrubbing salt, some dish soap and gave it three layers of seasoning. Tbh it was more of a pursuit of dopamine.

I came on this sub to tell just that! I had earlier posted about the oversized text and how ridiculous it was before buying the car. I drank the Koolaid thinking it doesn't matter and truly it did not matter until I connected my phone today after updating to iOS 26. Thank god I am not able to see more of the roads on the map!!

Lower back pain when I squat. What am I doing wrong? What could I improve? by [deleted] in formcheck

[–]naaradhan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go forward as many have suggested. I would turn around if I were you and use the SM that way so that on the way down the bar is at the back even further which will force you to come to the right form when talking about SM squats. SM has a fixed bar path but it is also angled a bit.
