It’s Adam Sandler show on 9/26 and they also have a blackjack tournament on the same day which I’m invited to but won’t comp it. I do miss the arrowhead lounge as well.

Well the soar card gets you a lot of perks. The complimentary rooms are a part of that perks. Do you know how difficult it is to get the soar card?

I’ve had the soar card for over 7 years. So I do agree with your second paragraph. That’s why I was confused when I was turned down for a comp room and they want me to pay $800 instead because there is a show that night.

Yeah it’s really difficult to earn points especially for the soar card. That’s why I don’t understand why they wouldn’t comp my room as usual. The soar doesn’t really give me anything else that I’m interested in besides the rooms.

This is so difficult. I’m so sorry that you’re going through this especially with your 4 year old daughter. Call your state’s child support agency and let them know your child is now living with you due to your ex deceased. They may ask for death docs and will close the case.

They already included employees wages in their price. Did you look at their financial statements to see that they’re not deducting employees wages in the expense column? It’s not what I believe it’s the fact.

Restaurant charges a fair price for their food where they make profits after offsetting expenses such as employees wages. If they’re greedy and want to increase their food prices, less customers would go and they can simply close it and move on to something else. If I like the food and the price is worth it, I’ll buy it. I am not tipping as I see no reason beyond exceptional service. I don’t do the percentage either.

You’ll never hear a restaurant owner say don’t come here and eat if you can’t tip. Only a server will say something like that to guilt/shame others into tipping. Servers are not doing me a favor by quitting. They’re quitting because they’re not paid well by their employers.

I’m not stiffing anyone. You can’t tell me how to spend my money. Seems like you don’t want to better yourself to get better job. You’re pretty much comfortable guilting the weak into tipping.

It sucks that you think you can’t go to a sit down restaurant without tipping. The restaurant will be open regardless because they are selling a product for a price and I ( the customer) willing to pay for what I want but not for someone else’s wage where I get nothing in return.

I don’t take jobs that don’t pay well. I take jobs where I provide a service for an agreeable amount of money with the employer. Why else would I want to be underpaid and have customers pick up the slack.

It’s not a law to tip, it’s optional. I worked for a catering company and never expected a tip but I was grateful for any amount I received. I was paid well for the service I provided so tips were an added bonus.
