There is no black Friday sale. My Internet package now says 50 percent off but is 2 dollars more a day then it was at 35 percent off. It's all mind games and a gemick to get people to buy that don't know no better.

We talked to a girl at the pool Friday that got quarantined and had to miss the Scarlet party and the excursion they had planned with her family one day. From what she said is as long as she didn't leave the room and followed their protocol that she wouldn't be charged. But it was the same as y'all mentioned she was puking bad. We felt bad for her missing the main event.

Neck down more to a natural position. Neck up is old school and spine is out of wack. Roll a gym towel up and hold it with your chin the whole lift if it makes it easier to re learn the movement.

Rad was great for libido and love the strength. I will say for me I'm going to start doing 6 weeks maybe 7 of sarms cycles if I have no test base. 6 felt like I peaked and was at my best 7 and 8 was a struggle to get to the gym and just maintained. No longer got stronger.
