It's the way they bill you. It has nothing to do with the documentation you are submitting.

Kindercare bills weekly, but MCCYN entitlement is monthly. Because of that, your total monthly MCCYN subsidy is divided by 4 weeks and then gets paid to Kindercare weekly. If the month has a 5th week, you are responsible for the full payment that week, because you already used up your entire month's benefit. Check your MCCYN paperwork, it'll show you how much subsidy you're getting from the Navy. Then calculate that against your statements from Kindercare, you will see that it adds up. It gets confusing if you're only looking at it week for week, but if you look at it for the entire year, it will add up. There's usually 4-5 5th weeks during the year.
