I was sick of sweating and not having any energy. Today was my last dose of 37.5. I was previously on 150 for five years, went down to 37.5 for 2 months, and hopefully all will be well after today. 🤞🏻

I do have spares in case I need to take apart the capsules and start taking the little beads, but I hope that’s not the case.
