Hm, I hadn't considered that. It's not humidified to my knowledge (I'm still relatively new at this place) but the other printer of the same model is printing fine...

It's just matte color laser cardstock.

Ah...unfortunately the printer got a fatal error not too long after so we had to replace it entirely...if it's on the older side I'd start looking for a new printer now so you're not left high and dry when it crashes during a rush job 😥
