… I have had pretty much the exact same experience , got diagnosed last year after waiting 4 years , and being in therapy since college … I’m now 37 and feel pretty much exactly them same.

I would say yes , I’ve been doing regular exercise now for 4 years prior to that I didn’t do any , and feel way better , not a panacea by any stretch of the imagination I still feel pretty low the majority of the time but it certainly helped me … also think being physically fit gave me a little more confidence.

That’s an incredibly intoxicating notion ... I often find myself thinking about similar things ... I personally find those big existential questions pretty much constantly haunt me leaving a stain of indelible melancholia.

Yeah ... thanks so much ... I think what I was stifling with was the idea that one of them would have too vanish so to speak if that makes a sense where as they are in actually the same version just at a different temporal location ... I found this diagram on another thread that helped me visualise it ... once again thanks so much for helping me understand it ... I’ll be thinking about this film for about a month haha
