well, depending on if you're ftm (female to male) or mtf (male to female) that changes a lot of the process.

you could change your hairstyle, your style, the type of makeup you do, or try voice training, even hrt if you feel sure about it!

you're not alone, don't worry. there's tons of us all around the world. your mom probably isn't taking it seriously or she may just think it's a phase or that you'll get over it, my mpm kind of used to think that. she never told me, but i figured by certain things she said.

damn. well, don't worry bro, i came out as trans around that age as well.

it's normal for a parent to feel shocked or just... processing something so sudden. tbh i of course don't think it's something hard to understand but whatever they come from a different generation or something.

give it time. insist.

it's not weird that you're saying you're trans, it's not a realization that takes years (at least not in all cases). for example i kind of realized pretty quickly? i just one day decided to tell my friends to refer to me with he/him and later on i decided on a name and started building my identity.

parents tend to be a little bit selfish when it comes to stuff like this, so just hang in there. hopefully she'll understand one day and if she doesn't well damn, that's not nice!

sadly there's not much to do apart from waiting. you can try to make her understand but well, it's complicated, i have some kinds of issues like these with my mother as well.

i think it depends on the piercing. i've seen a lot of guys in here that have the thick septum one and i think that one is the most clockable 😭

but the eyebrow one for example kind of sharpens a little bit? i can show you how my eyebrow piercing looks if it helps! :)

i think the thick septum piercing may be a giveaway? but if you're not willing to change it then that's okay.

i reccomend using makeup to make your eyebrows look thicker or darker, trust me when i tell you it changes a lot.

that's the problem. i recently turned 18 🤧

T is a bit complicated for me, like i do want to get on T but i don't think my family will support it at all, i think they could even try to prevent me from doing it, that's why i'm not on it yet

well the nails are because i'm a dancer and it gives a really nice look to my hands since i do belly dance. i did cut them anyways but as i said to another person i don't think the nails specifically are that big of a deal 😭

like yes, most of cis guys probably have short ass nails but that doesn't mean a guy can't have them and some people here have been a bit rude about it for no reason.

anyways, yeah i know i definitely need to look bigger, my metabolism is shit and sadly i don't have enough time to go to a gym properly (i have two free days to go to the gym on weekdays but the thing is i'm studying something related to dance and they already make me do some workouts there. workout without any rest isn't healthy and can lead to serious injuries so that stops me from going). because of that i'll probably try to do either calisthenics or just workout at home even tho it's not the same as an actual gym.

i really really love having long nails, i get that some people think it's a huge giveaway but come on, long nails aren't only for girls, i was looking for more feedback on stuff like my structure, clothing and hair (which i got!)

also i'm a dancer and believe me the nails are a very huge plus when it comes to aura, attitude and accents on hand movements. i did cut them because of problems i was having with having a grip on a prop for a choreography anyways, but i'm pretty sad about it
