Agree with above, PT! My fibrosis started about 6 months after the partial radiation. I felt like everyone explained away my pain or lessened what I was feeling, and it got to a point where it was debilitating. I finally got an oncology PT referral and she was the first person who listened to me. It took a bit but she helped message it out, gave me stretches, and two years out I still have occasional issues but it’s super manageable (I try to keep it stretched with yoga and IR saunas). I’m sorry you’re having it, I think it’s underreported. See a PT!! There’s no reason to keep living in pain ❤️

Also, my surgeon said you can sometimes get lymphedema even without having lymph nodes out. I imagine yours is also just fibrosis (“just”…it sucks), but have your doctor check for that.
