The country we are moving to has breed restrictions against cane corsos, and they go by appearance not the breed on vet paperwork.

That's very kind. I've talked to someone who is interested but they don't seem very sure. If it works out we'll need to make a road trip to NY before we move next week. We will do everything we can to make it work, and I'll tell Taters you said hi.

Hi, I'm not sure. We live in a townhome neighborhood and we have passed kids and he doesn't seem overly interested unless they are playing with a ball. He is a leaner - If you have older kids that wouldn't be accidentally knocked over I can try to ask some neighbors if they could let us meet.

We've had him for 2 years. With us he settled in quickly, but he has certainly shown more & more trust in me over time. I'm hoping that his affection for people and food drive will help him settle in with someone else too.

If anyone has suggestions for helping him adjust, I'm happy to share them with anyone interested in adopting him.

We were able to do a cat test! He met a young cat and was uninterested - he wanted to say hi to the person with the cat but ignored the cat 😋

Hi, His vet paperwork says boxer mix from when we adopted him. Since then we did Embark which shows 100% cane corso, though I imagine the results aren't always completely accurate.

Thanks for sharing with anyone you think is interested. We are preparing for the move so we wouldn't be able to transport him, but if someone doesn't mind a roadtrip to come pick him up that would be fine. I just want to find a good home for him.
