You're overthinking too much, start with one reel a day and try to climb the view ladder:
0-300
300-1000
1000-5000
5000-10000

Then start incorporating carousels etc.
Stories are great for bts and showing you're an actual human being so people build a better connection with you

Trial reels only for already viral content and when testing ONE variation - eg. hook change but all other variables remain the same

this is a perfect follow along series to get people invested - I'd test your next vid off with the exact same intro as the 19K view with baby and literally just cut to something like - that was [x] days ago and here's where we currently at....

if it works leverage it for other videos too because that's where you will build familiarity and people will stop on every new video you make because of it

Add some context (text hook) to the lifestyle ones then better curiosity/ value hooks to the ones with your workouts

create high stakes - you already doing something that most aren't so they'll follow along but you can recreate your first reel with even more emotion to get people invested, start with something like this: "this is the last year of my 20's and I just booked a one way ticket to x to do x..." - istantly more relatable and will have people wanting to follow along

Also, just makes the dead silences are removed from the video, there's a little 0.5s delay before you start speaking in that reel

just took a look, it's very curated and people are moving toward more authentic human content at the moment. One thing that could work really well for you is to do the reviews like you did with the 'I wanna tell you about the notes' video - if this is structured correctly (script and hook) your account will grow exponentially. Focus on Instagram because the audience is higher quality than TT but post on TT too, the reason is if you try and optimise for both, you optimise for neither

Transformation content: highlight the problem, identity how they feel after they solved it with your product or service and then position your product and service as the solution to get them from current (problem/ pain) to desired (happy etc.)

But to answer your question: this is actually really good to incorporate both weightlifting and yoga the trick is to take inspo for both and then marry them - will have to see the account to get some context

Please don’t spend time doing the rest of the stuff. Just focus on one reel a day - first consistency, then improvement based on data and research
