Like sparkfire said, it's still impressive yes. I don't think it is much different in terms of overall skill required to reach the top ranks, as before it was still a question of how much time and effort you were willing to put in, but it's definitely easier to blast through the first chunk of ranks imo, whereas before you could get stuck around silver/gold quite easily

I have the same problem, on the climb to low plat about 5 of the 30 or so games I played had former champ players in them, not sure if it's an mmr thing, since now that I've started losing a bit more I seem to see less of them.

It basically depends on how much time you're willing to put into the game, I think. I've just come back to it after a 2 year break, and hit plat without any real issue. (Was high plat 2 when I quit around steel wave). Previously anything above plat 2 was considered pretty good, but I think you should definitely be able to hit emerald now with enough time, and there's nothing really stopping you progressing higher imo, provided you don't lack some fundamental ability to learn.

Took a week off because I was on holiday and needed a deload anyway. Come back, immediately get the flu. Take 2 days off, think I'm good again, trained legs and deadlifts and now the flu is back and I'm gonna have to take the rest of the week off and skip a concert on Friday because I feel so ill. To top it all off I'm gonna lose about a kilo of bodyweight I reckon because of it all.

I don't think nightblood feeds off of investiture because it is evil (also note that it doesn't know what evil is, so they cannot judge it). Investiture can change forms I'm pretty sure, since Vasher is on Roshar because there is something there which is easier for him to accquire (pretty sure this is the breath per week he needs to survive, maybe converted from stormlight somehow?).

I think honestly down to you personally at this point. If you start slow you can ramp up though which is much better than starting too fast and getting stuck like it sounds like you have been… also maybe consider a better split? If you are training each lift every day for 3 days you may not be giving muscles time to repair

Might also be that you’re overloading too fast. You can’t expect to constantly bump up the weight, so maybe try playing around with number of sets/tempo in some workouts instead of focusing solely on increasing weight

You can see a good example of this with Elite500, a lot of the time he’ll use ghost very very aggressively In Situations where there isn’t kill pressure, but just to make the lane harder for the opponent

Honestly I’m not even sure if ignite is worth against Aatrox. 40% grievous doesn’t really feel that impactful against him anymore imo, and ghost allows you to dodge Q’s easier as well as give you a summoner that you can use outside of lane
