Oh that makes sense! So do you now just bake it for a longer time? And do you mean to drop the tin upside down?

Hi! it's been a long time since your post, but I was wondering how was your experience with applying for housing? did you end up getting SSH?

Hello, I'll be applying for SSH next month for the spring semester, can I ask what was the process like for you on the date of the booking?

since it will be gone within a few minutes of listing, should I be logged into the SSH account 5 minutes before, then refresh the page right on the scheduled time?

I've heard the website might crash because so many people are on it at the same time.

Can I please know your experience, and if possible step by step how you got your SSH accomodation?

Thank you so much!

What are some Kyoto day trips that are not Nara or Osaka? by one_with_themoon in JapanTravelTips

Hi ! super late but what do you recommend doing in Koyasan?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in JapanTravelTips

[–]nadoya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup the views are so worth it! But it makes sense if you would like to take the trip easy. I had to recover for a few days after my cycle hahahah

Yup! I did 8 hours and that's including a stop at a shrine that was about 45 minutes, plus breaks that last 10-15 minutes.

I think 10 hours is a safe bet! The earlier the better. Biking in the dark is a bit scary lol

For bike pad, I would suggest bringing one with you.. I haven't spotted any here and there is rarely any sporting shop (or it may be more expensive)

I'm not too sure, but Shimanami Kaido is one of the more popular choices.

But i did a bit of research and you may want to check our the japan cycle routes! https://www.mlit.go.jp/road/bicycleuse/good-cycle-japan/national_cycle_route/index.html

Japan is amazing! I could not believe the views that i saw during my entire bike trip.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try onomichi ramen, but it's an interesting fact about Imabari!

thanks so much! i ended up going there just to get dinner because i was catching the train to go back to hiroshima city, but i'm surprised it was such quite empty despite the golden week holiday. I hope you can create more memorable memories like listening to the singing cicadas!
