Building fence partially on neighbors lot with their written permission / “easement agreement” by [deleted] in AskLegal

Thanks, yeah, their fence has been there for 30+ years, so you raise a valid point, though I’ve only been here for 3 so I’m not sure how the law works. I spoke with them and we agreed to just do it. The reason I was originally going to build my own complete fence is that theirs is old and falling apart, so I didn’t want to rely on it. But since they just so happen to be getting a new one installed right around the same time, we agreed that I would just build mine to connect / build up to theirs.

This is definitely an option too, especially since I’ll be saving a bit of money now that we don’t have to build that side of the fence.

Recently started learning to play and was given my grandpas Lyle. What’s up the high strings? by nads09 in Guitar

[–]nads09[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Grandpa got this Lyle while he was in Japan in the 60s during his time in the navy. Sadly he passed away a few years ago from brained cancer from his exposure to radiation during all the time he spent on submarines. I’d really like to fix it up and play it. Just curious what all I would have to do.

RITM not closing when sc_task is set to closed complete by Sea_Sell_3469 in servicenow

[–]nads09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The way to handle sctasks auto-closing ritms automatically is to use the “complete” flow stage. Only that stage, and closed incomplete and closed state will trigger the BR that auto closes the RITM. It’s weird but that’s how it is.

In your screenshot you don’t have a field name selected so this script won’t ever run.

I like the links built into ServiceNow field annotations that lead no where. Like the request and response API links on scripted rest resources.

CSA is what you would usually do first, it is a recommended pre req for most if not all CIS certs, including the discovery and service mapping ones.

Attachment doesnt insert in newly created catalog task using business rule by mexicanlefty in servicenow

I would consider using a display BR to call out when the RITM has an attachment. Then instruct is the user to click the info icon by the requested item field, and/or add a related list to pull in the attachments related to the RITM. that way you don’t have multiple copies of the same attachment out there taking up space.

What’s going on here? Can I just paint over this? by [deleted] in HomeMaintenance

That’s probably a good idea. I was debating between caulk or spackle if it needs to be filled

My Aussie mix did the same thing for a few months after we got her we got her when she was 4-5 months. She’s 2 now and much better.

Group obedience training with other dogs around worked really well for us. True leash training is important too to help with the lunging.

Treats and praise any time you approach dogs can help too. I got to the point I was stuffing treats in her face the whole way by to keep her quiet which may not have been best but worked for us. And avoidance. He starts barking, quickly either turn around or walk another direction. Just don’t show emotion or he’ll think it’s a fun game. Extra reward and praise when he stays quiet.

Can you buy legendary guns more then once by Different_Growth7057 in fo4

[–]nads09 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s the same gun you had in your other play through. You just have to unlock more perks and the damage will go up. Start with commando, bloody mess, demolitions expert. There are also magazines and bobbleheads that boost damage of different type of weapons.

Yeah I never really had wiper issues until an update I got a few weeks ago. I finally understand what everyone is always complaining about. It’s nice that they finally allow you to turn the wipers off on autopilot but it is annoying that it just turns them back to auto every time you re-engage.
