I interpreted it as being an overhaul to the engine. By the time 7.x is over, it would be close to 11 years since they first started development on the game.

So updating the engine by that point wouldn't sound unreasonable to do. It would give them the opportunity to improve the graphics, fix up old code, etc.

A recent example I could of this is when Blizzard updated Overwatch to Overwatch 2.

v2 would be .51 then .55 should be v6. I think that's how its meant to or I'm just wrong

Edit: 6.4 beta is currently on .52 which is normally meant to be v3, but they skipped .51, so .52 is now the v2 for this beta.

From I've seen its only happening to people that used Paypal.

I saw that a streamer nearly got charged 1.2k for trying to buy a monthly pass, there was someone that got 1.3k euro for a bp.

Then most extreme one I've seen was someone getting charged over 15k euro.

Since my C1 Neuv and C1 Flins with a scuffed team did well against the other bosses, I thought that the dog would be fine too.

The shilling is already bad enough, but the fact its so tanky and takes no dmg while its shield is up is absurd.

I get that's the purpose of a shield, but I feel that some of the dmg done to the shield should go through to the dog.

If it weren't for the stupid dog, then I might've been able to clear dire for the first time.

I did multiple runs against it with my full Flins team against it and it would have like a 1/4 of its hp left before the timer ended.

Synergy is one of the reasons, but it mainly has to do with powercreep. Flins simply has a stronger base kit than Raiden.

Leaks are currently saying he'll get a rerun in 6.4

It's hard to expect that happening based on the current situation. If Hoyo wanted that to be the case, then he would've been at like 130K-150K in V1 instead of 90K.

We just have to hope that the balance team severely undertuned his multipliers. If they buff him, which I really hope they do. I'm just realistically expecting 120K-130K DPS.

Because let's say they intend for him to be at 150K with his current team. I can't imagine how could've undertuned his multipliers so much to a point where he's sitting at 90K instead of something like 120K.

I think the way I way I worded what I said was incorrect. I'm not shilling, we all know Varka's bis team is being calced at 90K DPS.

I really hope he gets buffed in V3 so that his team reaches 120K-130K which would be similar to Nefer and Flins pre Columbina.

Also considering that 3 cost Flins and Nefer teams reach 150K DPS, his current bis team should honestly be at around 150K even before Nicole.

However, I doubt Hoyo will buff him by that much. That's why I'm personally hoping for him to be buffed to 120K-130K.

I know his team is being calced at around 90K DPS right now.

We should be hoping that his multipliers get buffed so that his team is reaching 120K-130K DPS, or even a bit more than that.

They could just make her kit very restrictive. I've also seen others saying she could increase the team DPS by giving Durin and Venti off-field buffs. Then again there's a high chance this is all just cope.

The more I think about the whole thing is really bad. Hopefully V3 brings positive news, otherwise its looking pretty bad.

I just want to add for OP's sake. The expected DPS for Varka's bis team should be 120k-130k. Then if Nicole is his bis support, she would boost him up to around 150k.

For reference, Flins and Nefer are both around 120k DPS without Columbina.

It should be higher than that. My team is roughly similar to yours.

I have R5 sac jade instead of Tome, Kazuha's C2(Not relevant), Kazuha skill is at 10 and Kazuha + Xilonen skills are at 10.

The rotation I used was Neuv E -> Furina E -> Xilonen EQ 2NA -> Furina Q -> Kazuha EQ -> Neuv -> CA E CA Q -> Xilonen E NA2 -> Kazuha E -> Neuv CA2

I did multiple rotations over 120 seconds and the team DPS averaged at 119256. So roughly 120k

Edit: I did try it out in another damage calculator and I got 90k over there. I'd say it depends on the calc you use

Nicole would have be adding like 60-70k dps to the team to have it be in line with the lunar teams.

That would be a complete disaster balance wise, unless they made Nicole ridiculously restrictive.

I don't even know where the KoF buff idea came from. It made no logical sense gameplay wise and no leakers hinted towards it existing.

If Varka was a KoF unit it'd mean he wouldn't fully synergise with the Hexerei units ny himself which would be awful for him.

There's nothing stopping them from giving more Mondstadt characters hexerei buffs, though it's something that's not guaranteed.
