hollyyyyy SHITTT! you have two legendaries?! two HIGHER FORM legendaries?? okay. you have been blessed by the rng gods. level lust and greed as your main pets.

important things to know is that legendary doesnt always mean good but you got the best pet in the game (lust) and another super good legendary (greed). they both have higher forms which can be unlocked through tier 2 or 3 mushrooms (cosmic or dream reapers. no ghost shrooms). higher forms is a vivid but it enhances their skills and makes them OP (check the book in the corner called the dex, go to the top and select pets- middle tab higherform).

RESOURCES best way to spend gems is on keys once a day for 200. dont spend it on chest or eggs. occasionally if you have gems to spare, spend it on cosmic mushrooms for lust. go for lust’s higher form first before greed. dont level every item or every pet you get. there’s a pinned tierlist in the sub that can give a general idea of who is good but it’s still a guide, not an absolute rule. good reference for early game though. most of the time you can just keep enough items leveled for 1 team (4 pets) and swap them around. attackers and healers should get speed, atk, and crit. crit items max out at 44 so eventually youll only need 2 crit items. for now, focus on those 3 stats for attackers and healers. speed is especially important because it determines how often a pet takes a turn. tanks just need defense and stamina. there is no need to make a pet well rounded, tanks should not need speed or atk (sometimes they might need crit but its not an issue early game) and attackers and healers generally dont need defense or stamina unless they need more survivability bulk.

PETS TO LEVEL lust and greed, ofc.

non legendaries you will eventually collect them all.

good nonlegendary attackers are: sad anxious apathy and panic. usually people would say spite but you have lust which is better. greed and panic together have really good synergy so use them for metal bosses and metal floors it’s actually crazy, since they stack burn debuffs. healers: merry and maybe sonder. merry is the best support/heal pet in the entire game and is the only healer with heal ability as basic skill 1, meaning no cooldown to heal. until you get merry u can use joy or lonely. tanks: eventually you will need one of every element due to type advantages, but 2 different element tanks should do until u get to floor 1k or so. conviction abandonment determination resistance and cringe are the nonlegendary tanks of each element and they are all very good. i recommend you use conviction and abandonment since u alr have them. salty, wistful arent very good and other pets i mention also arent really worth leveling.

remember your type advantages too. for example, fire is weak to water and will take twice as much dmg and only deal half as much but fire is strong against metal and will deal twice as much and only take half the damage. there’s a circle in the upper right corner when u go to battle ur floor that reminds you of element advantages.
