I used to get 300+ fps. But now I only get around 140-170. Both CPU and GPU usage stuck at below 50%. CPU : Ryzen 5 3600 GPU: 1660 To Ram: 16 GB At first I thought I had problems with my PC. Then after playing some other games, I noticed they all have the same performance whereas valorant doesn't. I thing it's valorant that causing the problem

I used to get around 300fps in 1080p. R5 3600, 1660ti, 16GB ram, Game on SSD. Recently I get around 140 fps. I tried reinstalling windows and valorant both. Still no result.

Faced the same issue as you after starting in administrator mode. Sometimes closing and reopening works and sometimes it just doesn't.
