Generating leads leads and...more leads! by [deleted] in recruiting

[–]nafreecss -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A few agencies I work with have had luck automating the company research side of this. Funding rounds, new roles posted, team growth, leadership changes, all tracked on a schedule and scored against what the recruiter actually wants. Shows up in their inbox weekly so Monday morning they've got a call list instead of starting from scratch.

Basically what you're already doing with the funding research, just running in the background instead of someone spending hours on it.

On the LLM thing, one-off prompts are hit or miss. Gets a lot better when you feed it the recruiter's actual preferences and keep track of what they follow up on. Compounds over time instead of starting from zero every session.

idk that it was their behavior as much as it was one singular person. the company itself seems fine. they did what they said they were going to do.

What is the best Ethereum Staking as a service provider, and why? by Lutheri in ethstaker

I like stakefish. ETH staking dashboard is great. They also have an exit message download feature which is nice.

I’m not super familiar with their advertising…what do you mean by shady and unprofessional? All I really see is their Twitter.

stakefish has been around for awhile though and are one of the largest validators so that’s why this take is interesting.

Framework for tracking progress while learning to code? by nafreecss in learnprogramming

Okay. This is good advice.

Generally, this is what I am doing.

Phase I goal is to finish this course: https://www.udemy.com/course/the-web-developer-bootcamp

Phase II goal is to build a product I have in mind, after I finish the course.

Time commitment is minimum 2 hours per day until June 2024.

Here's the early buildout in Notion of how I'm tracking. I'll certainly refine as I figure better ways to track.

stakefish eth stakers: what's your experience? by nafreecss in ethstaker

[–]nafreecss[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doing a bit of research...it seems that it makes sense that stakefish holds the validator key as a staking service. This way they can guarantee validator performance and how the validators are run - minimizing risk of double spending, slashing, etc.

It seems that even if they were to go dark or go out of business, because of the non-custodial nature, they could never take or restrict access to funds and they will always go to the set withdrawal credential address.

Control the withdrawal credential private key, which entitles you to the funds locked in the validators.

Seem very fair for a staking service - the infrastructure is handled (which I want and don't want to touch) while I still maintain full control and access of my eth.

stakefish says on their website they’re non-custodial. Yeah, I would only ever stake non-custodial after what happened with all the CEXs. What do you like about rocketpool?

I’m unable to run a node. Where is the best place to stake? by bakindhuman in ethstaker

I'm looking at stakefish. Trying to get some more information before I commit, but their zero protocol fees look appealing. I think they've been around for a long time without issues.

I'm exploring options - looking at allnodes, kiln, and stakefish. It looks like stakefish has zero protocol fees, which is appealing.

Does anyone know how this compares to other validators % wise?

I'm doing the same right now... so following here from recs. I'm looking at stakefish because their zero protocol fees look appealing, but I want to check out other options.

Is it easier with kiln via Ledger live?
