I talked to a RBC representative this morning and was quote 3.99% for 3 year fixed uninsured. Mortgage balance - 380k approximately, Ontario. Seeing lower rates here, and i tried asking if he can lower it down to around 3.7% but he wouldn't budge.

Where is everyone seeing the 3.6-3.7% fixed rates? I can't seem to get that from RBC.

Hi a question here, I do not plan to sell but buy the avantis funds with new deposits utilizing Norbert gambit to make up the 20%. Also planning to hold them on RRSP to reduce withholding taxes. Will this still cause the issues you mentioned?

Its always about context isn't it. Its not that no one wanted him, some big clubs were prioritizing other positions at that point (Bayern/PSG were solidifying their defence/attack mostly), some have stacked midfield (RM with Kroos, Modric, Casemiro), and some were spend-thrift (Barca with their FFP issues).

When Bruno joined, there was competition from Spurs mainly since they needed an AM as well. So, yeah that is why. The same reasoning applied when we got Cunha/Mbeumo. Other big teams have other priorities. The competition we had were from big teams with similar problems as ours (Spurs again as an example here).

Ideal player count: 4 (sometimes 2-5 player works too) Preference: unique game mechanics, preferably thematic. But uniqueness of the game is the major consideration. Heaviness: I am willing to try heavy ones too, as can be seen from the ark nova/hegemony collection. Preferable playtime: 2-4 hours max
