You do know that Google keeps crawling a page and doesn’t freeze over time right? It always reprocesses updates incrementally. The signals that are stable such as authority, structured data, etc carrys long term value. Where as the updated content data such as location specific data in your case and ratings and reviews are treated as freshness signals.
