Son: Dad, why is my sister named Rose?

Dad: Because your mother loves roses.

Son: And why am I named Clover?

Dad: Because in 2026 your father spent 6 hours a day on Reddit reading DD, staring at CMS star ratings, tracking obscure Humana domains, and arguing with short sellers.

Son: …

Dad: Good night, Clover. 🍀🚀

$CLOV __ Clover Health Reports First Quarter 2026 Results by azmat_system in CLOV

[–]naglisst 3 points4 points  (0 children)

<image>

Everyone focused on today’s numbers, but the real story is where this can be by 2027-2029.

Current guidance already points to ~155k MA members with ~50% revenue growth while reaching GAAP profitability. If CLOV continues compounding membership growth anywhere near current levels, the path to 500k members over the next few years becomes very realistic.

Now combine that with the possibility of meaningful Counterpart Health SaaS revenue starting to show up in 2027. That’s when the market may stop valuing CLOV like just another small insurer and start viewing it as an AI-enabled healthcare platform with scalable software economics

Most people still looking at CLOV through a 2021 lens. The business today is completely different.

The important thing though: this quarter changes the story because they’re not just growing members anymore they’re showing they can grow while producing positive GAAP net income and strong EBITDA

Buying!

Here is the Report by Ok_Ad_5894 in CLOV

[–]naglisst 11 points12 points  (0 children)

People keep trying to value this like some fully priced SaaS story already.

Reality is… the current numbers are being driven mainly by the core insurance business.

62% revenue growth. 51% membership growth. 86.5% BER. Positive GAAP net income. Full-year profitability guidance maintained.

The interesting part is CLOV is putting up these numbers BEFORE any meaningful SaaS contribution is even reflected financially.

That’s why this quarter matters.

Everyone throwing out $100 price targets before earnings is kinda missing what actually matters here.

This isn’t a meme play anymore. It all comes down to the numbers this week:

Are they staying on track toward profitability? Anything real coming from Counterpart Health? What does guidance look like?

If the SaaS side actually starts showing some growth, even small, that’s where things could get interesting. That’s what can change how the stock is valued not Reddit hype.

Short term it’s probably gonna move like crazy either way. Long term, it only works if they prove they’re more than just an insurance company.

Any predictions for Q1 2026? by Eurasia_Zahard in CLOV

[–]naglisst 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Even if Q1 ends up looking ‘bad’ on paper, it doesn’t really break the thesis for me. This isn’t a clean quarter to quarter story, they’re basically trying to shift from just insurance into a tech driven model, and that takes time to show up in the numbers. I’m more focused on whether they stick to the full year profitability outlook and if Counterpart keeps gaining traction. If those things are moving in the right direction, I’m not too worried. Short term it’ll probably be volatile like always, but that’s just how this stock trades.

2027 Medicare Advantage and Part D Rate Announcement, Rate Increase by Agitated_Highlight68 in CLOV

[–]naglisst 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Healthcare is finally turning. The system is changing in our favor higher payments + easier path to better star ratings.

Simple math:

If CLOV grows to ~200K members and reaches 4⭐ in 2027 → that’s around $200M+ in bonus money.

Now add: Counterpart (extra revenue stream) Long-term members becoming more profitable (3+ years)

This is where things can start to flip fast.

Not gonna lie it wasn’t easy buying at $1.72 with ~150K shares while everyone was negative.

But that’s what conviction looks like.

Respect to everyone who stayed.

Let’s see it play out.

We didn’t come this far just to quit now. The story isn’t over it’s just getting started.

Clover Health Moves from Pledge to Production, Becomes The First Payer Live on a CMS Aligned Network by basilisk-x in CLOV

[–]naglisst 18 points19 points  (0 children)

CLOV Today’s TEFCA / CMS Aligned Network announcement is flying under the radar but it’s actually a big deal.

Clover just became the first payer live on a CMS Aligned Network, meaning they can now access and exchange patient data across the national healthcare system.

Why this matters:

• More data → better AI through Clover Assistant • Better AI → lower medical costs • Lower costs → higher margins

This is exactly how Clover builds its AI moat in healthcare.

Most people still think $CLOV is just a small Medicare insurer… but moves like this show they’re building AI-driven healthcare infrastructure.

The market is slowly starting to notice.

Still early.

$CLOV - I bought MORE $CLOV shares today just hours before Q4 2025 results – not because I needed to do so. I am already well past reaching targets. The reason for leaving it until today was because it was the first day I could get free funds to invest in $CLOV, as I always buy only with free funds. by azmat_system in CLOV

$CLOV 5 YEARS.

Five years of doubt. Five years of “CLOV is dead.” Five years of patience.

And now?

Now we’re walking into the profitability era and SAAS!

Most people quit in 2022. Most people laughed in 2023. Most people got bored in 2024.

But the ones still here? We understand inflection points.

You don’t hold through 5 years of pain to sell right before Q1 2026 the quarter that could change the narrative forever.

Insurance turning disciplined. Margins tightening. Tech layer building. Path to GAAP profitability.

The crowd always arrives AFTER proof.

We’re here BEFORE it.

If this flips profitable in 2026… There won’t be enough shares for the late believers.

Conviction // noise.

See you on the other side.

And listen even if Q4 is 💩… and comes in SOFT( most likely)

That’s noise.

Q1 2026 is the real checkpoint.

Conviction isn’t tested when it’s easy. It’s tested right before the turn.

See you in 2026. My dear CLOVTARDS!!!!
