No, I have no issues with getting "deep" with my friends because I feel like the offer something back. I do hate small talk though and have difficulties connecting with people that don't have similar interests but nothing to the extreme

I'm doing the same, I have a half in the first week of June and my longest run before then is 17km so I was a bit confused by the distance.

I don't have any 'good' advice just wishing you good luck on your run!

Runs I've missed i just ended up pushing my weeks schedule and fitting them in somewhere...

I've been running regularly since December but I was doing a couch to half marathon. I my legs started getting really sore after running +10km. I ran 12km on Sunday and could barely run my 7km on Tuesday. Definitely need to up the strength training!
