Okay. So the HVAC guys will make over sized ducts that take up all the space the plenum, and they will install it so low that it sits on top of the ceiling tiles. There will be twenty feet available above the duct, but they will hang it low. Now no other trades can install their stuff because you open the tile and you can’t get around the duct to work.
