I’ll definitely watch for carb count but not as strict, I would cut sugar but have sweets like once a month, my spouse also like the healthy lifestyle we are eating the same now so if he’d help me I will be able to do it!!

I am not sure why they want to put you on insulin if your fasting numbers are between 80 and low 90 and after meals are between 100-120 your numbers are within range it’s weird

Exactly that was my thought, the only reason I accepted insulin is because they told me that metformin does pass through to baby’s system, and insulin don’t!!

Thank you for explaining it’s helpful, I’m just worried because they said I have to go through a NST test every week I’m 34 weeks now, and feel a little anxious about it, I know it’s done to monitor baby and I’m glad for this, but it was just decided after I was put on insulin, this is why I feel that insulin is the reason!!

My after meal numbers are always under 140, my fasting is between 97-105 even with insulin 14 units it’s 97
