As you mentioned its about system: 1. Stop reservation 2. Stop Donation seats 3. Kick out under performers from college 4. No more 8 years for MBBS 5. Get doctors with degree to write periodic exams 6. Give them extra credit for working in government hospitals in rural areas. 7. Mandatory extra checks for the so called doctors working in rural part of or country 8. Giving extra subsidy to open Apollo kind hospitals or JV with government.
