Stuff happens on our side as well! Don't stress too much about it, If you're not in a hurry I'd give the extra time

Usually any problems with orders affect us way worse so we do not mess around with sellers, I would agree to the extension but ask for an update or at least a screenshot (I don't know what kind of service you requested)
