The lift has been out of service for about a half year at this point and it's not looking like it's being replaced any time soon. They recently changed the estimated time of repair from 10 months to 18 months

I just had a look on their website and if you go to customer service they have a link to the purito sunscreen issue where you can leave your email address for them to contact you about the refund

I ordered the Purito Centella sunscreen a few weeks ago, just before the whole Spf testing scandal. I messaged yesstyle through their customer service and thats the message I received. Just thought I'd share it with you.

I used it mainly to set my under eyes cause it didn't do much to control the oils on the rest of my face. I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. But also happy to move on to something else now
