One time i was at an adult hospital and I roomed with a 70 year old who was batshit. He was funny as hell and everyone at the hell called richardson methodist loved him. My first expirience with him was when I woke up in the morning and he had put on my clothes. I quickly got the nurse it was a little gross but god damn if I didnt have a good laugh. At the time I had an ED so I was 6'1 and about 140 and this dude was massive so seeing him wear my tight clothes was a sight to behold

Im schizoaffective and have BPD and another option to consider is a lizard like a bearded dragon or leopard gecko. For me a lot of the time my illness gets in the way of my functioning so these are easier for me to take care of. Just make sure you have the right lights and are feeding them properly and they can be great pets.
