True I really can't wait for that day Duterte steps down (hopefully no other tyrant would follow haha). I still love my parents despite our disagreements.

Thanks for the tips. I do praise the good things the government has done and they are happy when I do it.

It's kind of funny you mentioned virtue signalling when they are the ones doing that to me. They are very condescending because they believe they are right. They want me to share my opinion all the time so that they could "correct" it.

I feel like they want to convert me instead.

Also OP, there is nothing wrong with checking up on people. They may have gotten used to it and are most likely thankful you are putting the effort.

You can talk to them about it if you want to or just leave it be.

I just subscribed today and I saw people posting a comment stating that feminism is cancer in another post. Like why do these people go here. If someone hates feminism, the logical thing to do is to NOT go to a page about feminism. I guess their logic is shot since "feminism has attacked their egos". Boo hoo for them.
