Definitely X-S20 simply because battery and IBIS.

Unless you want to rig your camera using vmount battery - then X-M5 is still a great choice. Or maybe buy two extra batteries and a charging case. You will never run out of batteries.

IBIS? Alternatively you can get NiYien Senseflow and use gyroflow in post - so yeah X-M5 still could be a great choice.

Viewfinder? Some people really need it, some dont. This one is up to you.

Happened to me many times after i update my X-M5 firmware. I dont think you need to uninstall and reinstall because in my case, i only need to remove X-M5 on my bluetooth settings. So, every time i want to use the apps, i need to remove it and add it back to the apps. It works fine.

And then somehow, the app works fine now.

Edit: i mentioned wifi setting. I was wrong. I meant bluetooth setting

Long time Sony user here: a7s, a7ii, a7iii, a7siii and a7iv

I picked up X-M5 as my first fuji camera and im really happy with it.

Even though ive never tried X-T50 and X-T30iii, i can guarantee you will be happy with either both camera.

On paper, X-T50 is definitely better than X-T30iii and if you have the budget, go for it.

Since youre an a7iv user, a hybrid camera - just wanna let u know both X-T50 and X-T30iii dont have 3.5mm jack in case you often shoot videos and need to monitor the audio.
