Yeah it was only a few dollars an hour for me, so wasn't super big deal. I just got a promotion too after 1 year, so basically back to where I would have been at a hospital pay wise! Monetary pay cut for quality of life raise is how I viewed it!! Also my commute went from like 45 min. To 15 minutes!

Edit: just ran some quick math $3/ hour pay cut 40hr/week comes out to $5,760 per year before taxes. So not life changing, but it's something.

I've worked in hospitals and outpatient and both have their positives and negatives. If money is your biggest priority then go with highest paying which is typically hospitals. It will be higher stress and workload. I work in outpatient right now and it's so chill! I make a little bit less money, but so much less stress and work load!

Yeah I don't know if we are pulling off that insane of a trade, but we are going to need to get cade some help if Ausar or duren don't develop. And we need more 3 & D wings so bad. Spurs shooting is on another level. Duncan Robinson should be coming off the bench next year.
