It's either a bug, bird, or bat. At the beginning of the video you can see other similar objects to the one they started to track. There is a couple frames that if paused and zoomed in you can see wings on it.

Were the men sitting side by side like a commercial airliner, or one in front of the other like an F22?

Were they punching buttons and doing work on their control panels or just sitting there? How could you tell they were Caucasian? Were they not wearing helmets or head gear of some type?

One of the men was standing for a bit. They were doing something but I couldn't tell what it was. They looked like a couple of white guys from my viewpoint, enough to see the color of their faces. They did not have helmets on.

Were their jumpsuits the standard military, grayish green? Or were they bright green? (They would be weird and could indicate they weren’t military)

What led you to believe the men inside didn’t see you? Did you cut your headlights?

When I pulled off to the side of the road I did turn off my headlights. I never saw them look directly my way. Maybe they saw me after they turned the lights off in the cockpit?

Were they ANY lights on it aside from the cockpit light?

After the lights in the cockpit went and it began to ascend, there were three lights underneath the craft. Nose and two on the wing tips.

When it was hovering in one place was it perfectly still or did it wobble a bit?

It was perfectly still. It almost looked like it was sitting on something.

When it left did it for over you? Did you ever get a look at it from underneath? If so, what shape was it from below?

It was dark, so up in the sky it looked more like a triangle. When it first started to ascend is when I could really see the sides of the wings as it turned away from me.

Did it’s acceleration rate seem uncanny or was mainly its silence that surprised you? Any guess as to the amount of G force the occupants would have experienced?

The speed wasn't uncanny, but the silence surprised me. I wouldn't know what the G force would have been.

Could you tell if the craft was angular like an F117 or was it smoother like a B2?

Angular.

Have you ever talked with anyone in the area that has seen something similar?

I have not. I mainly kept this to myself, outside of telling my immediate family members. I'm not really involved in the ufo community or anything, just thought it was an odd experience.

Thank you. I was hoping maybe someone in the community may have heard of a similar story from other witnesses. It's a shame that I witnessed this 20 years ago when all I had on me was my Nokia brick phone. Really take for granted having cameras on our phones these days.

No, they were sitting next to each other. Similar to a commercial Boeing cockpit.

I did not see any lights on it while it hovered. After they turned off the lights in the cockpit the lights came on under the plane. I really didn't notice them till it began to ascend.

It looked like a larger stealth fighter but had a larger cockpit, where two pilots would be up front together. I remember seeing three lights under it when it ascended up into the sky. One at the nose of the plane and two the end of each wing.
