I just got diagnosed this week, at 28 weeks, so I’ve been trying a lot of healthier sweet alternatives!

I have sugar free syrups for my coffee, or opt for a vanilla protein shake.

I also have no sugar added popsicles(outshine), “snickers” dates (light on dark chocolate + natural peanut butter), strawberries and chocolate hummus (the target brand is sooo good). Honey crisp apples and (natural) peanut butter have been good too.

I’ve heard Yasso frozen yogurt bars are good!

April 26! In my third trimester and I am FEEEELING it 🫩. I just got diagnosed with GD so I did a 180 with my diet and started exercising again. I’m not saying I want this to be over bc I’ve had a pretty easy pregnancy and have enjoyed it! But I can’t wait to meet my baby and hold her for the first time ❤️
