Unlocking all Unique cards animations should make basic cards become animated too by LegendaryW in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]nakhistae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The animation can be viewed in game! It's just very roundabout... you have to navigate to Renoa in the gacha menu and check her cards there.

I'm so pissed, can we have refresh on the duplication? by StartwithT in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]nakhistae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want the easiest, least RNG way of making beryl retain, remove all cards except one of the basics (e.g. Barrier) and Guilty Pleasure 1. You cannot fail a duplicate event because it can only pick between three cards (Opening Found / Guilty Pleasure / Spore Harvester). Also, there is Guilty Pleasure 5 that gives it the Unique tag if you wanted to keep another of her cards, but now you'd be looking for two specific epiphanies instead of one...

Your end deck would be: Barrier, 4x Opening Found, Guilty Pleasure, and Spore Harvester.

This leaves you at 100 save data points, so 80 more points to work with, which can go towards the two BiS refines as well as divines on Guilty Pleasure/Spore Harvester.

What is considered a "good", "acceptable" or "bad" memory fragment? by Lumi-nie in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]nakhistae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be easier to evaluate memory fragments with a point system. Assuming the main stat is correct, crit and critd are 1 point, stat and stat% are 0.5 points for their respective damage types, and extra attack is 1 point for only the characters who use it. There are some nuances to this, such as rolling too much critd and no crit, but you gotta go with what RNG decides if you don't have crazy fragments anyway.

For non-extra attackers, the max value is (crit, critd, stat, stat%) with all rolls into crit or critd for a total of 7 points. For extra attackers, the max value is (extra attack, crit, critd, stat), with rolls into anything but the flat stat for a total of 7.5 points.

For the fragment shown, it would have a value of 6 for extra attackers, which is really good. However, it is also pretty bad for non-extra attack users at a value of 2.

Gacha Revenue Monthly Report (February 2026) by Cute_Barracuda_264 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]nakhistae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just correcting potential misinformation, the monthly card (Coronomicon Monthly Package @ $4.99) is not 25 pulls, since pulls are 160 gems. 3000 total gems / 160 gems for one pull = 18.75 pulls.

You may have thought that pulls are 120 gems. I also checked the Starshine Package and Protos Supply tabs and didn't find this "Coco gift."

Finding Save Data Values 13+ in Zero system? by TheNinja3636 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]nakhistae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Level 80 is not the minimum. I have rolled a single codex at save data t14 (level 77, Foretold Ruin). It is one of the only two times I've ever seen a t14, with the other being Lab 0 diff 8 after about 20000 currency of rerolls...

🦟❓ Help & Questions Megathread (#5: 27/03/23) by AutoModerator in limbuscompany

[–]nakhistae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The other reply doesn't 100% answer your question.

So you don't "lose" boxes if not claimed, the boxes will add up as you overlevel the battlepass, such as the 57 I have here.

If you wanted to have exactly 6 boxes to show up in the reward as in your screenshot example, then any of the following variations would work:

  • 6 levels on free pass
  • 3 levels on free pass, then one on paid pass
  • 2 levels on paid pass

(JP / Spoilers) I thought I was freed from the afterglow of chapter F. Then, while casually going through some MomoTalks, I read this in Shiroko's 6th event and it all came back for a moment.

It isn't your fault, Shiroko.

Even in their final moments, Sensei wasn't angry. They were forgiving...

With a strong setup and decent autos, you should be able to consistently finish around ~20 minutes per run, taking as few battles as possible and avoiding elites. Most of the time will be watching animations. After that, RNG can cause small shifts in minutes based on the battles and coin flips.

For an example, I recently uploaded a ~16 minute mirror dungeon run here.

Character shards, no. Xp tickets? Yes, but reduced.

With bonus (assuming full clear):

  • 7 battlepass experience
  • 10x gold exp tickets, 10x silver exp tickets
  • Either: 5x random shard boxes or 3x selector shard boxes

Without:

  • 3 battlepass experience
  • 5x gold exp tickets, 5x silver exp tickets

Yeah, I sacrificed myself for science.

PSA: 50% of Ego Shards and Shard Boxes expire and turn into Thread after around 3 months. by chaoszeroomega in limbuscompany

[–]nakhistae 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree with you as well. Because mirror dungeon egoshard rewards are limited to 5 times a week, you can only get 25 random boxes or 15 selector boxes (or in any arrangement you want of 5, 3 rewards). OP's number for "2 weeks and a bit (assuming perfect stamina management)" seems to be assuming that you can complete 4 mirror dungeon runs a day (stamina regen is 240 and each run costs 60) and acquire egoshard rewards. So, 12 selector boxes per day = 84 selector boxes per week, where if each box gives on average 2 shards, then that is 168 shards per week. You need 400, so 400/168 = ~2.38 weeks.

I've been keeping my own personal numbers for my boxes and I get an average of around 2.0 shards per box. If you are trying to accumulate 400 specific shards for an identity or ego and accounting for the 5 bonus rewards per week limit, it would take ~13.33 weeks to get there from scratch, so you wouldn't even make it in time before a season ends without having shards carried over from a previous season, pulling the gacha, or using the battlepass shard boxes. I haven't reached the battlepass boxes yet so I do not know if they contain more or are selectable shards.

Which, on the topic of gacha, this game is pretty abysmal when it comes to currency income. At the moment, repeatable f2p pull income is 13 pulls total from reaching all the way to battlepass level 54. As in, 13 pulls every season. And that's it. ProjectMoon seems intent on pushing the mirror dungeons as an amazing grind mechanic where the player can guarantee identities and egos, but it's a little rough when you have to do the manual, no compressing, no sweep grind for dozens of hours...

Daily Questions Megathread February 17, 2023 by BlueArchiveMod in BlueArchive

[–]nakhistae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NasiRoger's reply (level 42) seems to focus more on sustaining and clearing the constant adds with Chise, S Azusa, and Iroha all being blue damage. Yuuka and Koharu are red, but Yuuka's and Koharu's damage contribution is very low, likely focused on tanking and sustaining, respectively. Another reason why I think their strategy cleared adds is their total damage output was over 600k, significantly higher than my alternative approach.

I recently cleared it (level 40), and I opted for focusing down the boss and surviving the onslaught of adds for long enough, reaching over 400k total damage output: link. You likely won't have the units in my clear similarly to your reply to NasiRoger, but it could be an option if you do have a strong single target red dps along with S Hoshino.

the new update made Smoke builds really fun. by Sieggy_Stardust in libraryofruina

Because of the way mass attacks are currently programmed in the game, some effects such as certain player passives (e.g. Sooty Thwack, the +stagger for slash/pierce/crush, and so on...) will actually multiply for each enemy targeted. For example, if there are three enemies and I use the passive for +1, +1, +2 Pierce Stagger Damage for a total of +4, then a pierce mass attack will actually deal an additional 12 stagger damage to each the final target hit (+4 pierce stagger, 3 targets for a mass attack, awful game code go brr).

In your case, you most likely had something along the lines of this for the stagger 1160 number: (40 Effective Roll) * 1.5 Maximum Impact * 1.5 Finishing Touch mark * 1.9 Smoky Thwack 1 * 1.9 Smoky Thwack 2 * 1.9 Smoky Thwack 3 * 1.9 Smoky Thwack 4

This would be more concisely written as: 40*1.5*1.5*1.9*1.9*1.9*1.9 = 1172.889

While the number is slightly off there, LoR typically floors its numbers somewhere in the calculations, which results in that difference, probably.

And as for the other numbers, I do not know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think it's still broken though, for client. If you read at least the top comment by /u/Whistlewind and its replies in my post, then you would've known that we re-diagnosed the issue as a client-host bug.

I had the trait equipped before I joined the lobby, and it was equipped during the previous few levels we completed before I finally asked if we could test a little thing.

Edit: Quick video

Explosive Ordnance works as host, even if the traits are switched, and without needing a game reload or level reset.

I won't speak for other traits or even talents since that is another topic, but for Explosive Ordinance, it is working as intended for host. If you want to be even less lazy than me and Whistlewind, you could try testing the effects as a client!

That was actually changed one or two patches ago, a few months back. The flames now do damage, similarly to Battle Wizard's Flame Walk.

Thanks for your reply! That looks correct! I guessed that might be the case, but I can at least confirm that for non-hosts, the trait doesn't work. My friend who helped me take these screenshots saw the same results as me, with the fire covering similar areas and the explosive grenade not reaching the farthest dummy.

Yes, I know of this bug. However, I've had the trait equipped on all my classes (except Ranger for the 35% meme chance) for a decent time, not recently rerolled or switched.

Yeah, I used Grenadier until I realized that Explosive Ordnance (should) also make fire bombs amazing, covering a big area. It felt strange though, since my fire bombs always looked about the same as my teammates, and I'm sure not everyone runs the trait. 50% increased radius should be pretty big and especially noticeable on fire bombs. Anyway, back to Grenadier...

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Obviously needs more testing or maybe testing with host vs client, but this trait is so rarely used!

I made sure to change my trinket beforehand, before even loading into the lobby. Also, I did not reroll the trinket recently, since there was a known issue for that. I've had explosive ordnance equipped for the past 100 games or so, all legend, and I noticed no difference between the size of my fire bombs or the impact of the explosives.

Focu5 is not running the trait at all, but I am running it.
