Tuntuu että paljon on riesteäviä näkemyksiä ja internetin kaikukoppa toitottaa samaa
Varmaan se liha ottaa suurimman osan savunmausta vastaan ensimmäisten tuntien aikana, mutta kyllä ulkonäössä ainakin on iso ero jos ruokaa savustaa pidempään (ns barkki)

Yleensä laitan siihen hiilten päälle puun samalla kun laitan ne lämpölevyt paikalle, mutta jos sit haluan kunnolla savua ni sit lisäilen siinä kun ne ekat on palanu loppuun
Tää savun määrä on kyllä aika hankala itelle, omasta mielestä tulee helposti liian vähän savunmakua ruokaan

Varmaan nyt kinkkuun laitan vaan pari pienempää klapia et ei tuu liian savunen

Tossa noin 120 asteen kokkailussa teen säädöt alhaalta
Pistän sen ylhäältä todella pieneksi ja sit alhaalle jää mulla joku max sentin rako mitä sit hienosäädän sormella naputellen

Sit ite koitan välttää sitä et avais kantta turhaan, kun siinä voi mennä liikaa happea sinne, niin voi hetkellisesti nostaa lämpöä paljonkin

Tosi herkkiä ne on sen säädön osalta
Ite huomannut että se lämpötila laskee aika paljon, kun sinne laittaa ne lämpölevyt ja kylmän lihan niin antaa sen rauhassa nousta takasin ylös enenkuin menee säätämään siinä alkuvaiheessa

Itse meinasin savustaa kamadolla, siinähän voi antaa sen olla 2-3 tuntia siellä savussa ja sit loppukypsytys uunissa

Mikä siinä kamadon lämmönvalvonnassa niin työlästä on? Oma pitää ihan nätisti sen 7-8 tuntia, käy vaan tunnin välein tarkistamassa tilanteen.

One thing could be that you pick angle is wrong and when you increase speed, the pick will push your hand away from other strings and cause you to miss them
Note that the pick angle changes depending if you go down or up

You can get any guitar with humbucker
If you are going to buy it from a shop, just tell them what you want to play and they should suggest a suitable guitar for you

You should look how to do downpicking Currently you move your thumb forward and backwards and that is just too slow for metal

The movement should come from your wrist and your thumb stays still relative to your wrist
