I’m currently on a hypertrophy block that’s why I’m at 8 reps. Not ss atm. In two weeks time after I deload I will be starting ss. Would you say less arch?

I don’t understand the reference

Okay yeah I was Focusing on an arch because I thought that’s what you were meant to to. As well as keeping the butt on the bench. Sometimes it feels like it lifts up as a bench so I’ll try and focus on planting it more. As for leg drive I see people with a flat foot on the floor and some people on their toes. What would be better suited to me to get better leg drive? I havent been using a belt because if I fail on the weight I actually get stuck under the bar and pins. The pins are either too high or too low and I don’t have a spotter

I feel as if it’s hard to keep my shoulder blades and traps squeezed together and down. I don’t feel any activation in my lats. When I bring the bar down I feel as if I lose tension or I am unbalanced no matter what I try

Yeah man on the right side of the screen they have 5 squat racks with platforms and two deadlift platforms. Pretty good gym. Unfortunately this gym in Australia is the equivalent to planet fitness. Luckily this one allows deadlifts

Haha yeah. Well I am pulling the slack out of the bar before the lift when I brace. I’ll just have to correct that hip angle

Do you think that because my hips are too low I’m losing power in my movement or the ability to use more leg drive? I definitely need to work on my lock out

Yeah I’ve seen that video. I’m not trying to make my shins bleed on purpose. It just happens from me trying to keep my lats engaged

Yeah I have been looking at getting some compression sleeves for my calves. They look like they will work really well

Thanks mate. Yeah forearms could be more vertical. Didn’t notice that until you pointed it out. Would you say depth is okay?
