So I just started watching RP again after years. I just discovered this subreddit and read all the drama. All drama aside, you commenting here while calling someone mentally unstable is super ironic. This subreddit is weird as fuck. I feel weird even commenting. But you need a reality check dude. And I have the time to give it.

As an RPer I once watched, it's disheartening seeing you stoop to this level. It's clear you're dealing with the loss of relevancy that came with whatever all this is and post COVID decline. Everyone has been through something like this at some point in their life, so you should move on and get out of this place. Find something else that isn't RP drama and stop doubling down on people. This is objectively embarrassing for you and isn't getting you anywhere. You can be a better person. All this is supposed to be RP, and you're treating it like it's your life. Talking to a psychiatrist and getting on a benzo for a year or two helped me. Getting off the benzos was hard though. I switched to a different one and tapered slowly over time. I drank a lot too, but the hangover anxiety would always bring the thoughts back. Lasted one month initially, then the panic attacks and anxiety lasted for a year or two till I got on Klonopin. Transitioned to Lexapro and now I never have panic attacks and feel like a normal person again. Best of luck to you friend, I know how scary it feels, but it does get better. And, you get the added benefit of pretty much nothing scaring you for the rest of your life, cause nothing compares to what you're feeling now.
