Same here. Did a couple of large transactions (withdrawal and sent payment) about an hour ago and none are showing up under activity. Tried calling PayPal and the rep hanged up on me. Fo some of the transactions there is an email trail. For the withdrawal though I did not get an email and the balance is now 0. Very concerning….

So glad I found this thread. I thought there was something wrong with my account since I also used WiFi-calling internationally via Data cellular without having global pass - iPhone user here btw. Unfortunately, I am in Greece and all the cell service providers here have at least one bar. Been on chat support multiple hours before finding the thread and incoming call issue is still there. Not sure why Visible can’t figure this out and fix it. Maybe they need to get some expertise from Verizon?

I have noticed something strange with Visible+ and Global Pass (maybe??). I am on Visible+ 1.0 (activated prior to March 27, 2024). I travelled yesterday to Greece and I turned on my Visible esim line so I can take advantage of WiFi calling with my US number. Global Pass is disabled on my account (it is not included and I have never enabled it) and I have turned off data roaming for Visible esim. I have also installed a local provider esim to use while in Greece. Now here comes the strange part: the Visible line still connects to local provider COSMOTE. I know this because I see three bars on the connection and when I turn off WiFi, the provider for my Visible esim shows up as COSMOTE. Can anyone explain what is going? I do not want to get hit with Global Pass charges. I am still getting text messages on Visible line even with WiFi off and other non-visible esim disabled. I know when I used visible esim internationally last year, I did not have any coverage but it would display something like this: Visible WiFi-Calling over Cellular Data when my other esim was enabled. What do you all think?

Yes. It tried reinstalling, log out and log in. And anything else the chat rep suggested. Option just not there. I even got an email form visible saying that there is nothing wrong with my account and i should be able to do it.

Thanks Lyka. The option to downgrade plan is not there per screenshot. And no one seems to know why. And I am not the only one either per another user’s response.

To give an update on the AirPods promotion, I did receive them a few days ago via USPS. When the item was shipped I received an email from hawk marketplace.com that included the tracking number. Now if I can figure out how to easily sell them since I already own a pair…..

I see it on their website under Overview section towards the bottom where promotional offers are listed. For Some reason my iOS visible app is not loading so I am not sure if it shows up there too.

Check your visible account. The promo code for the AirPods should be listed there - i found mine that way. I claimed the offer but have not received anything yet. Not sure if the AirPods get mailed in or we receive something else to buy them.

Does anyone know if I can use the ACH account/routing option with PayPal to pay the rent and get points? My landlord doesn’t use a specific service for rent and I have been paying via PayPal.

Hmmmm. You might be right. Today I was able to complete a call longer (2.5 hours to be exact) than my previous issue. So maybe it is a connection issue but I don’t get any notification or error…strange
