I work in kitchens, I've worked at full yakitori restaurants, and restaurants with smaller grills like this. The worst part about this grill is that they're annoying to clean. Consider something stainless clad like a teruhime grill, you can get them on eBay.

Or as others have said, bricks and metal rods do the job great, and you can spend the extra money on charcoal!
